What does it cost?

The intro call is free. If we move forward, engagement fees depend on scope. We'll be transparent about costs before any commitment.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Come as you are. If you have a contract, proposal, or specific document you want us to look at, you're welcome to share it — but it's not required.

What if I've already chosen a vendor?

That's a great time to call. We can review the contract, benchmark the pricing, and give you a second opinion before you sign. That's our Negotiation service — and it's the fastest way to work with us.

What if I just need validation, not help choosing?

Perfect. Sometimes the right answer is "you're on the right track." We'll tell you that — and you walk away with independent confirmation that you got it right.

What if we're too small (or too big)?

We work best with companies of 200–2,000 employees. If you're outside that range, we'll still have the conversation — sometimes the fit works regardless of size.

Is this really no-pitch?

Yes. We don't use slides. We don't walk you through a capabilities deck. We listen, ask questions, and give you our honest take. If there's a fit, it'll be obvious to both of us.
